Responsibilities
- Engage in the PLACE New Agent Launch to master PLACE's lead generation and prospecting techniques.
- Transform incoming sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Convert outbound sales prospects into confirmed appointments.
- Assess leads to communicate their motivation and financial details to real estate sales agents.
- Oversee database management and productivity reporting.
- Dedicate time to skill enhancement through education and script practice.
- Establish yourself as a local real estate expert.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Monitor activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Superior telephone communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales with experience meeting quotas.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Aptitude for learning and mastering scripts.
- Skilled in utilizing CRM software and various sales tools.
- Collaborative team member.
- Valid real estate license.
Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
