• Prospect and generate leads consistently to build your pipeline
• Convert leads into booked appointments through follow-up and relationship building
• Practice scripts weekly to stay sharp and client-ready
• Guide clients from first meeting to signed agreement, advising and negotiating on their behalf
• Write and negotiate offers for your buyers
• Show up for team meetings and activities consistently
• Commit to weekly coaching, training, and the PLACE Partner Call
• Keep client notes and activity up to date in the team database
• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program within your first 120 days

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience preferred

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
