Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Gain extensive knowledge by engaging with clients, observing lead agent interactions, and mastering the creation of effective offers and strategies to advance clients and boost conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ property search preferences
- Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
- Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
- Actively participate in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
- Engage in team events and activities as outlined by team standards
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching meetings
- Attend weekly training sessions and Partner Calls
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology systems
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about engaging with people and skilled at building and sustaining professional connections
- Strong passion for assisting others, with a dedication to personal growth in real estate and leadership development
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proficient in using email, Google Calendar, and other technology tools
- Outstanding work ethic / Excelente trabajador(a)
- Person-centered approach
- Positive mindset, cheerful demeanor, and high energy levels
- Comfortable spending extensive time driving; must have a laptop
- Skilled at assessing clients’ preferences and matching them with suitable properties
- Eager to learn and grow
- Driven and goal-oriented with a track record of success
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid real estate license
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
