Responsibilities
- Successfully Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Represent sellers and buyers by negotiating offers effectively
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team meetings and activities as required
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training programs, and Partner Calls
- Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and promote properties
- Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$60,000 - $119,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
