The Zahn Group is hiring a newly licensed Real Estate Advisor ready to build a full-time career in the Charlotte area. We are seeking a motivated, coachable professional who wants structure, mentorship, and accountability while building a long-term real estate business. We provide proven systems, marketing and operational support, and hands-on guidance to help you grow with confidence. Long-term opportunities include leadership growth, revenue share, stock purchase, and health insurance options. Responsibilities

  • • Commit full-time to building a residential real estate business in the Charlotte area
    • Complete PLACE Launch training and implement team lead generation systems
    • Prospect daily and build a database of at least 200 contacts
    • Respond to leads promptly and maintain consistent follow-up
    • Accurately track contacts and transactions in the team CRM
    • Host at least two open houses per month
    • Guide buyers through agreements, showings, and negotiations
    • Secure listings, develop pricing strategies, and manage launch preparation
    • Apply strong market knowledge and negotiation skills in every transaction
    • Attend required trainings, script practice, meetings, and 1:1 coaching
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service
    • Support team collaboration and contribute to shared goals

As a newly licensed agent, you are eager to learn, committed to strong customer service, and willing to follow proven systems. You understand that daily prospecting, clear communication, and consistent follow-up are essential to long-term success.

Compensation

$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
