Newly licensed agents have a 12-week New Agent Launch; experienced agents have an 8-week Experienced Agent Launch. Talk with us about the path that fits your experience and goals.
Responsibilities
Complete the launch program for your experience level.
Prospect consistently and turn buyer and seller conversations into appointments.
Consult with clients, show homes, host open houses and negotiate offers.
Track follow-up, tasks and activity in team technology.
Participate in script practice, coaching and team training.
Qualifications
Active North Carolina real estate license.
Newly licensed and experienced agents may apply.
Strong communication, time management and client service.
Willingness to prospect, practice and follow team systems.
Compensation
$50,000 - $90,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
