The Zahn Group is seeking a licensed Real Estate Advisor who is ready to take their business to the next level. We serve clients across Charlotte and the surrounding markets and are known for strong customer service and repeat and referral business. Long-term growth opportunities include senior agent roles, sub-team development, revenue share, stock purchase options, and health insurance opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Commit full-time to building a residential real estate business in the Charlotte area
• Complete PLACE Launch training and implement team lead generation systems
• Prospect daily and build a database of at least 200 contacts
• Respond to leads promptly and maintain consistent follow-up
• Accurately track contacts and transactions in the team CRM
• Host at least two open houses per month
• Guide buyers through agreements, showings, and negotiations
• Secure listings, develop pricing strategies, and manage launch preparation
• Apply strong market knowledge and negotiation skills in every transaction
• Attend required trainings, script practice, meetings, and 1:1 coaching
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service
• Support team collaboration and contribute to shared goals

• Active real estate license with at least one year of experience
• Located in the Charlotte, NC Metro area

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
