What We Provide

  • A comprehensive 12-Week Agent Launch Program to jumpstart your production (contract goal within 30 days; on track for Year 1 milestones by 90 days).

Compensation & Benefits

  • This is a commission-only independent contractor (1099) position.
  • Income varies based on effort and skill, with typical earnings ranging from $50k to $150k+, and top agents exceeding this.
  • Additional perks may include health insurance eligibility (with 25+ closings/year), revenue sharing, stock purchase options, and other performance-based incentives.

Lead Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for and retain team leads, agents must commit to:

  • Logging 50 conversations weekly in our CRM, Brivity
  • Hosting 2 open houses per week
  • Participating in daily team huddles
  • Engaging in weekly growth training and consistent lead generation activities

What Full-Time Means Here

Full-time isn’t a strict 9–5 schedule. It means you:

  • Attend team huddles, follow the activity plan, and stay accountable
  • Are available to clients, including some nights and weekends
  • Take your business seriously while enjoying flexibility through consistent effort

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates:

  • Hold an active or soon-to-be active real estate license and are ready to commit full-time
  • Are coachable, driven, and eager to follow a proven system
  • Exhibit professionalism, responsiveness, and authentic client care
  • Are comfortable with phone outreach, follow-up, and lead generation

Preferred but not required: At least one closed transaction. We welcome ambitious new agents ready to learn.

Basic Requirements

  • Active real estate license (or in final activation stages)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Access to phone and computer
  • Active MLS access (agents must maintain license and MLS/brokerage compliance)
  • No monthly desk fees

Performance Benchmarks

  • Team average: about 2 homes closed per month
  • Top agent example: 60 homes closed annually
  • Proven consultation system with a 70%+ appointment-to-close rate, supported by training and execution

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$76,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
