Responsibilities
- Seller's Ally: Consult with sellers to expertly convert leads into listings, backed by pricing strategies, staging insights, and top-notch listing services.
- Shadowing/Mentorship- You'll train, role-play and demonstrate industry-leading practices under an expert agent guaranteeing industry-leading results (when you do the work).
- Lead Generation - You'll take the opportunity to execute our lead generation systems weekly, elevating your lead generation skillset, ensuring a steady stream of selling clients.
- Open Houses - Combine your warm and inviting personality with our proven systems to hold captivating open houses for sellers that attract and convert both buyers and sellers.
- Teamwork - You'll participate in fun team training, and exciting events with your cohort, teammates and leadership that foster a strong sense of camaraderie and belonging.
- 1:1 Coaching - To support your growth, we offer weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, engaging trainings, and Partner Calls where you can share your insights and learn from others.
- Mastery Through Practice - Learn and execute proven relationship-building skills through script practice and role-playing allowing you to convert conversations into valuable appointments.
- Script Training - You'll join in weekly script practice sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment and honing your skills.
- Expert Negotiation - leverage 'tried and true' strategies, scripts and techniques to seamlessly negotiate offers on behalf of sellers, creating win-win deals that exceed clients goals.
- Done For You - take advantage of our team to support specialists, automation, and systems to eliminate 75% of the tasks normally required of a Buyer's Agent to close a transaction.
- Tech-Driven Results - benefit from our cutting-edge PLACE technology to streamline client interaction and consistently meeting your and your family's goals all while delivering outstanding service to our amazing clients.
Qualifications
To be an amazing fit, YOU will want to be an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a heart for the military community. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience OR 12 career transactions
- Able to commit 30+ hours per week to building their real estate business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with military families
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Well Organized
- Talented in learning and executing scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
Compensation
$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
