Responsibilities
- Consistently implement and manage PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis to ensure a steady flow of potential clients and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Organize and host a minimum of two open houses each month, engaging with prospective buyers and showcasing properties to maximize exposure and generate interest.
- Actively convert prospecting efforts and lead generation activities into scheduled appointments by effectively communicating with potential clients and addressing their needs.
- Participate fully in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team standards to enhance communication skills, improve client interactions, and increase conversion rates.
- Engage in all team activities and meetings as required by team protocols to foster collaboration, share insights, and contribute to overall team success.
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, attend all scheduled training programs, and participate in Partner Calls to continuously develop professional skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide expert consultation to buyers by guiding them through the home buying process, securing signed buyer agreements, and assisting in identifying suitable properties that meet their criteria.
- Prepare, write, and skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of buyers to secure favorable terms and ensure successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology to track progress and support effective client management.
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona real estate license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed buyer’s agent or in a related real estate role
- Strong knowledge of the Scottsdale, AZ real estate market and surrounding areas
- Proven ability to guide clients through the home buying process from start to finish
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
- Familiarity with current real estate laws, contracts, and disclosures in Arizona
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards consistent with the Shanna Day Team values
Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
