  • Quickly follow up on Zillow, Google, and YouTube leads assigned to you
  • Conduct buyer consultations and property tours throughout Loudoun County
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with efficiency
  • Attend weekly team training and strategy sessions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and communication logs
  • Actively participate in open houses, client events, and team marketing initiatives

🎯 Required Qualifications:

  • Active Virginia real estate license
  • Full-time availability (part-time candidates will not be considered)
  • Strong knowledge of Ashburn and Loudoun County markets
  • Excellent responsiveness and follow-up skills
  • Coachable attitude, positive mindset, and strong motivation to succeed
  • Comfortable on camera, as YouTube and Google lead generation are key to our brand

  2. Respond Immediately to Zillow Flex Leads
    Speed is critical — connect within minutes to maximize your chances of closing deals.
  3. Attend Daily Huddles & Weekly Training Calls
    These brief, focused meetings sharpen your skills and keep you accountable.
  4. Follow Up Persistently with Your Database
    Most deals come from follow-up. Using systems like Brivity and CRM workflows is essential.
  5. Track and Report Daily Metrics
    Logging conversations, appointments, and pending deals helps identify what’s working and scale success.
  6. Host 2+ Open Houses Monthly
    Open houses are a key source of local leads. You’ll take ownership of this important pipeline-building activity.
  7. Lead by Example in Culture and Conduct
    Whether new or experienced, you set the tone with your mindset, effort, and teamwork.

  • Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
    No exceptions. If you’re not licensed yet but ready to commit, we’ll support you through the process.
  • Proven Sales Record (12+ Homes/Year Preferred)
    We seek producers, but if you’re newer and driven to grow, coachable, and ready to outwork the competition, we want to hear from you.
  • Strong Phone Skills & Follow-Up Ability
    Zillow Flex demands fast, confident communication. You must be comfortable making 10+ calls daily.
  • CRM Proficiency (Brivity, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
    You should be organized and tech-savvy. We provide training, but commitment to the systems is essential.
  • Open to Coaching, Feedback & Accountability
    We grow fast because we coach hard. If you dislike structure or feedback, this role isn’t a fit.
  • Ownership Mentality, Not Entitlement
    You bring solutions, not complaints, and take full responsibility for your results.

Responsibilities

  1. Make 10+ Real Estate Conversations Per Day
    This is the foundation of consistent pipeline growth. Talking to new people daily builds momentum, drives appointments, and creates opportunity.
  2. Respond to Zillow Flex Leads Immediately
    Speed to lead = deals closed. You must be ready to jump on new connections within minutes — not hours — to maximize conversions.
  3. Attend Daily Huddles & Weekly Training Calls
    Top performers show up. These meetings are short, tactical, and designed to sharpen your skills and keep you accountable.
  4. Follow Up Relentlessly with Your Database
    Most deals come from follow-up. Using systems like Brivity and CRM workflows is non-negotiable — your future income depends on it.
  5. Track and Report Daily Metrics
    What gets measured gets improved. You'll log conversations, appointments, and pendings so you can spot what’s working and scale it.
  6. Hold 2+ Open Houses Per Month
    Open houses are one of our best local lead sources. You’ll be expected to take ownership of this opportunity to build your pipeline.
  7. Act Like a Leader in Culture and Conduct
    Whether you're new or experienced, others are watching. We expect you to lead by example — mindset, effort, and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record of Sales (12+ Homes/Year Preferred)
    We’re looking for producers. But if you're newer and obsessed with growth, coachable, and willing to outwork the competition, we want to talk.
  • Strong Phone Skills & Follow-Up Game
    Zillow Flex requires fast, confident communication. You must be comfortable on the phone and ready to make 10+ conversations a day.
  • CRM Experience (Brivity, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
    You should be organized and tech-comfortable. We’ll train you, but you need to commit to working the systems — because they work.
  • Open to Coaching, Feedback & Daily Accountability
    We grow fast because we coach hard. If you don’t like structure or feedback, this isn’t the place for you.
  • Mindset of Ownership, Not Entitlement
    You show up with solutions, not complaints. You believe your results are your responsibility.

Compensation

$175,000 - $220,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
