• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and guiding them through the entire process.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends, market conditions, and property values.
• Assist clients in pricing their properties competitively and effectively marketing them to attract potential buyers
• Negotiate and facilitate real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are met.
• Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
• Utilize effective marketing strategies and tools to promote properties and expand your network of potential clients.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and commitment to achieving sales targets and personal growth.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Washington state real estate license (Required to join the team!)
• 1-3+ years’ of real estate sales experience (preferred, but not required)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using technology and real estate software tools.
• Organized and Prepared, ready to run!
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
