Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up with leads daily to grow your client pipeline
  • Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
  • Convert prospects to signed agreements and guide them through each step of the transaction
  • Negotiate contracts and deliver a top-tier client experience
  • Practice scripts and time block for consistent, focused productivity
  • Host open houses and attend client events as needed
  • Stay engaged in team trainings, coaching, and partner calls
  • Keep tasks, CRM, and communication organized and up to date
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded team environment

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

•Texas Real Estate license required

•Real Estate experience preferred, but not required

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
