Investor-Focused Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable Real Estate Agent with a strong understanding of investor needs to join our team. This position is perfect for someone skilled at spotting investment opportunities, evaluating deals, and offering strategic advice throughout the investment journey.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in investment properties, house hacking, BRRRR methods, and multifamily property acquisitions, while demonstrating a talent for cultivating lasting relationships with investor clients.

Success in this role demands a proactive approach, deep market insight, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting clients in expanding their real estate portfolios.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  - A proven process to closing deals
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Run deal analysis of on-market and off-market properties
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers

You are an experienced investor yourself - owning a house hack, short-term rental or other types of investment properties. Our investor clients are looking for a coach, guide & mentor who walks the talk of real estate investing.

We will provide you the tool kits so you can apply your passion for real estate investing to a proved system to build a client base of investor clients.

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
