• Conduct thorough buyer consultations (needs analysis)
• Create customized home search strategies
• Educate first-time buyers through the process
• Schedule and accompany clients to 10+ showings weekly
• Develop strong lender/inspector partnerships
• Maintain 48-hour response time to all buyer inquiries

• Patient, consultative sales approach
• Excellent teacher/educator skills
• Deep knowledge of local neighborhoods
• Available weekends for client showings
• 1+ year real estate experience (buyer's agent preferred)
• Active real estate license
