Responsibilities
- Assist clients throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Continuously track the Idaho Falls real estate market to keep up-to-date with property values, market trends, and new listings.
- Build and nurture strong connections with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to support efficient transactions.
- Draft, review, and clarify offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring all documents meet legal and regulatory standards.
- Organize and manage property showings, open houses, and client consultations to effectively present listings.
- Skillfully negotiate sales contracts to secure the best possible results for clients.
- Utilize Place’s advanced tools and technology to streamline client communication, document management, and transaction tracking.
- Leverage Place’s CRM and marketing platforms to generate leads, manage client relationships, and promote listings effectively.
- Engage in Place training programs and stay updated on the latest industry trends, licensing requirements, and continuing education to maintain professional growth.
Qualifications
- Possess a current and valid real estate license for the state of Idaho
- In-depth understanding of local market trends and property values in Idaho Falls and nearby regions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster and sustain client relationships
- Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing real estate transactions
- Skilled in using real estate software platforms and MLS databases
- Highly self-driven with excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
- Committed to maintaining professionalism and adhering to ethical standards
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and accommodate client needs
- Completion of PLACE (Professional License and Continuing Education) trainings is required

$95,000 - $185,000 USD Yearly
