Draft, review, and clarify offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring all documents meet legal and regulatory standards.  

Organize and manage property showings, open houses, and client consultations to effectively present listings.  

Skillfully negotiate sales contracts to secure the best possible results for clients.  

Utilize Place’s advanced tools and technology to streamline client communication, document management, and transaction tracking.  

Leverage Place’s CRM and marketing platforms to generate leads, manage client relationships, and promote listings effectively.

Possess a current and valid real estate license for the state of Idaho  

In-depth understanding of local market trends and property values in Idaho Falls and nearby regions
