• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support property valuation and investment decisions.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases with relevant property and client information.
• Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing online listings.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client service.

• Proven experience in real estate or related fields preferred
• Strong knowledge of property management, sales, or leasing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Familiarity with local real estate market and regulations preferred

$60,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
