- Make 10+ Real Estate Conversations Per Day
This is the foundation of consistent pipeline growth. Talking to new people daily builds momentum, drives appointments, and creates opportunity. - Respond to Zillow Flex Leads Immediately
Speed to lead = deals closed. You must be ready to jump on new connections within minutes — not hours — to maximize conversions. - Attend Daily Huddles & Weekly Training Calls
Top performers show up. These meetings are short, tactical, and designed to sharpen your skills and keep you accountable. - Follow Up Relentlessly with Your Database
Most deals come from follow-up. Using systems like Brivity and CRM workflows is non-negotiable — your future income depends on it. - Track and Report Daily Metrics
What gets measured gets improved. You'll log conversations, appointments, and pendings so you can spot what’s working and scale it. - Hold 2+ Open Houses Per Month
Open houses are one of our best local lead sources. You’ll be expected to take ownership of this opportunity to build your pipeline. - Act Like a Leader in Culture and Conduct
Whether you're new or experienced, others are watching. We expect you to lead by example — mindset, effort, and collaboration.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$175,000 - $220,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
About Our Team
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (Required)
This is a must — no exceptions. If you're not licensed yet but ready to commit 100%, we’ll guide you through the process. - Proven Track Record of Sales (12+ Homes/Year Preferred)
We’re looking for producers. But if you're newer and obsessed with growth, coachable, and willing to outwork the competition, we want to talk. - Strong Phone Skills & Follow-Up Game
Zillow Flex requires fast, confident communication. You must be comfortable on the phone and ready to make 10+ conversations a day. - CRM Experience (Brivity, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
You should be organized and tech-comfortable. We’ll train you, but you need to commit to working the systems — because they work. - Open to Coaching, Feedback & Daily Accountability
We grow fast because we coach hard. If you don’t like structure or feedback, this isn’t the place for you. - Mindset of Ownership, Not Entitlement
