Responsibilities
- ✅ Complete PLACE Launch training
- 📈 Execute weekly PLACE lead generation strategies
- 🏡 Advise buyers, obtain agreements, and locate suitable properties
- 🤝 Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers
- 📝 Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- 🏠 Host at least two open houses each month
- 📞 Convert leads into scheduled appointments
- 🎤 Participate in weekly script practice and team events
- 📚 Engage in weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$90,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
