• Work directly with agents to show homes and support buyers
• Provide detailed client feedback to refine search criteria
• Assist in writing and negotiating offers
• Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Participate in weekly coaching, trainings, and performance calls
• Track all activities in PLACE Technology
• Stay accountable to team standards and production goals

• Active real estate license required
• Prior real estate or showing experience preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills
