Collaborate closely with top-performing agents to gain hands-on experience in client communication, property showings, and offer coordination—all backed by established systems, expert mentorship, and continuous support through PLACE.
Responsibilities
- Show homes and actively work with buyers in the field
- Partner with agents to move clients through the buying process efficiently
- Provide detailed feedback to refine client home searches
- Write and negotiate offers with agent support
- Maintain strong, consistent communication with clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Attend weekly coaching, trainings, and team meetings
- Track all activities in PLACE Technology and stay accountable to team standards
Qualifications
- Active real estate license required
- Some real estate or showing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and follow-through
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple clients
- Coachable and open to feedback in a high-performance environment
- Comfortable spending significant time driving and working in the field
Compensation
$45,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
