Responsibilities
- Continuously expand your market knowledge and stay informed.
- Utilize PLACE lead generation models and systems effectively.
- Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and assist them in finding the right homes.
- Skillfully negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers.
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology and CRM database tools.
- Conduct two open houses weekly.
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Engage in daily script practice and role-playing to enhance communication and conversion skills.
- Participate in team lead generation activities in line with team standards.
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and team meetings or calls.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services.
- Prepare and negotiate offers effectively.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Passionate about learning and self-improvement
- Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail
- Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management capabilities
- Skilled in data analysis to guide and inform clients

Compensation
$200,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly
