Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, educational institutions, and all aspects of homeownership.
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, Partner Calls, and leadership development.
  • Master the use of PLACE Technology to optimize business operations.
  • Actively participate in the PLACE Leadership Development program.
  • Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement effective systems.
  • Advance your career as a real estate sales expert by prospecting and providing client consultations.
  • Develop and manage both existing and new marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and manage negotiations for all contract agreements.
  • Ensure sales professionals effectively utilize database tools and maximize lead opportunities.

Qualifications

Compensation

$85,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
