Responsibilities
- đź•— Arrive ahead of schedule to prepare marketing materials and ensure the property is spotless and welcoming.
- 🤝 Warmly welcome visitors, offer detailed information, and guide them throughout the home.
- 🏡 Highlight the property's standout features and respond to questions about the home and surrounding area.
- 📝 Gather and document visitor feedback accurately.
- 📞 Follow up swiftly with potential buyers showing interest.
- 🤝 Support clients through the closing process and negotiate offers to achieve the best possible terms.
- ⏰ Commit a minimum of 15 hours per week to lead generation and actively engage in team training and events.
This is a commission bases position.
Qualifications
Must have Real Estate License. You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

Compensation
$150,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
