Your primary focus will be securing listings and negotiating deals at an expert level.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct listing presentations
• Price strategically and defend pricing
• Negotiate contracts at a high level
• Close consistently

You focus on listings and negotiation.

We handle marketing, admin, transaction coordination, and backend systems.

Performance Standards

• Minimum 12 transactions annually
• Pricing accuracy required (no habitual overpricing)
• Strong conversion from listing consult to signed agreement
• Weekly KPI tracking

TEAM EXPECTATIONS:

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$81,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
