Qualifications:

We’re looking for an experienced, growth-minded real estate professional who brings both skill and integrity to the table.
You’re a fit if you have:

• An active Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License (or ability to obtain quickly).
• 2+ years of full-time experience in residential real estate sales.
• A consistent track record of closing transactions or generating business through your sphere and referrals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
• A growth mindset and openness to learning new systems, scripts, and strategies.
• High personal standards, accountability, and follow-through.
• Comfort with technology and CRM platforms (command, kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, etc. experience a plus).
• A desire to be part of something bigger — a team that’s collaborative, intentional, and committed to excellence.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems daily 
• Conduct two open houses weekly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly AI Call Coaching through our internal technology platform
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$100,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
