An active Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License (or ability to obtain quickly).

Ability and willingness to work in-office at our brokerage near Bridgeport Village

1+ years of full-time experience in residential real estate sales.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

A growth mindset and openness to learning new systems, scripts, and strategies.

High personal standards, accountability, and follow-through.

Comfort with technology and using a digital calendar (Google suite)
