Responsibilities
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies for open houses, including social media promotion, online listings, flyers, and neighborhood outreach.
- Property Preparation: Work with the listing agent and seller to prepare the property for open houses, ensuring it is staged, clean, and presentable. This may involve decluttering, minor repairs, and coordinating with staging professionals.
- Scheduling and Logistics: Manage the open house schedule, including setting dates and times, coordinating with the listing agent, and ensuring all necessary materials and signage are in place.
- Communication: Communicate with the listing agent, seller, and potential buyers throughout the open house process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including sellers, potential buyers, and other real estate professionals. - Organizational and Time Management Skills:
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple open houses, coordinate schedules, and handle various tasks efficiently. - Marketing and Promotion Skills:
Understanding of marketing principles and ability to create and execute effective marketing campaigns for open houses - Customer Service Orientation:
Providing a positive and informative experience for potential buyers during open houses, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
Compensation
$30,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
