Responsibilities

  • Attract new sales talent to the team
  • Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership training
  • Become an expert on PLACE Technology
  • Participate in PLACE Leadership Development program
  • Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems 
  • Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients
  • Maintain existing and create new campaigns
  • Oversee negotiations for all contracts
  • Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated history of success in real estate sales
  • Passionate about coaching and mentoring to help others reach their full potential
  • Skilled at attracting and developing talent, creating unlimited growth opportunities
  • Committed to building and expanding your own business while fostering a high-performing team within a team environment
  • Accountability-driven leadership focused on achieving and exceeding goals
  • Exceptional ability to establish strong relationships and build trust
  • Continuous learner with a growth mindset
  • Valid real estate license required
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry and sales experience
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience preferred

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
