Your Opportunity

The Director of Sales is a builder, coach, and catalyst. This role drives production by developing new and mid-level agents into consistent closers through intentional coaching, hands-on mentorship, and proven systems. You're not just leading from the front — you're producing at a high level yourself, setting the pace and raising the bar. You’ll play a key role in shaping our growth strategy, pushing culture forward, and unlocking serious opportunity for the team and the organization.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the mentorship program and agent launch experience to ensure agent success and adoption of team systems.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with new and mid-level agents to drive skill development and production.
  • Monitor agent performance metrics and implement coaching plans to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain a personal level of partner-level production (24 units/year)
  • Partner with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that prepares agents for early success.

Collaborative Responsibilities

  • Lead script practice and role play sessions to elevate agent skill sets.
  • Execute and maintain agent participation in the Production Success Schedule.
  • Partner on database health by ensuring agent compliance and usage standards.
  • Implement and reinforce lead generation programs through agent training and accountability.
  • Collaborate on mortgage and title initiatives by embedding conversations into coaching and conversion activities.

  • 5+ years of industry and sales experience required 
  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
