Responsibilities
- Lead weekly trainings, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Coach and support real estate agents through roleplay, 1:1 meetings, and performance coaching to improve production and long-term success.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales agents while strengthening team culture and supporting scalable growth.
- Track key sales metrics including appointments, conversions, pipeline activity, and closings to drive accountability and revenue growth.
- Oversee CRM management, database organization, and PLACE Technology adoption to ensure effective lead follow-up and client management.
- Support agents with lead conversion, buyer and seller consultations, negotiations, and contract-to-close processes.
- Develop and maintain lead generation and sales campaigns to help agents build consistent and sustainable business pipelines in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Qualifications
We are seeking a results-driven real estate sales leader to help scale production, coach agents, and drive team growth across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active real estate license in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or the ability to operate within a team structure across both states
- 5+ years of real estate or sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership, coaching, or management role preferred
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing sales agents
- Strong understanding of lead generation, client conversion, and sales strategy
- Experience tracking KPIs, sales metrics, pipeline activity, and team performance
- Confident using CRM systems, databases, and PLACE Technology
- Excellent communication, coaching, and accountability skills
- Growth-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Passion for building scalable systems, strong culture, and long-term team success
Compensation
$75,000 - $149,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
