We’re expanding a new-construction site agent program that quietly completed a successful 90-day soft launch. A limited number of additional spots are now open for licensed real estate agents who want better exposure, better conversations, and more ways to get paid.
As a Site Agent, you’ll serve as the on-site host and guide for brand-new construction communities. You’ll be the first point of contact for buyers—answering questions, creating great experiences, and opening doors (literally and professionally).
This program is designed to be one pillar of your business, not your entire identity.
You keep your independence.
You do not join a team.
You gain consistent, high-quality buyer exposure.
You can get paid even when you’re not the buyer’s representative.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site representative at assigned new construction communities
- Welcome and engage walk-in buyers in high-intent environments
- Answer questions about the homes, community, and buying process
- Create a professional, low-pressure experience that builds trust
- Convert unrepresented buyers into full-representation clients when appropriate
- Assist represented buyers and their agents through the process to earn a site-agent bonus
- Communicate effectively with builders, listing teams, and internal support
- Track buyer interactions and follow up consistently
- Maintain a professional, welcoming on-site presence
Qualifications
You’re likely a fit if you:
- Are a licensed and active real estate agent (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Enjoy buyer conversations and being on-site
- Want consistent exposure without giving up independence
- Are curious about new construction, land, and development
- Appreciate opportunities that aren’t plastered all over the internet
- Are reliable, professional, and comfortable working autonomously

Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
