As the team’s achievements expand, the Client Care Director will have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities or increase the team’s closed business by performing duties swiftly, efficiently, and always prioritizing the client’s best interests.
Responsibilities
- Build, implement, maintain, and OWN all systems for internal communication, team calendar, office management, client care systems, team retention and recognition including events and WOW moments campaigns, onboarding systems for new agents, and referrals.
- Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
- Create and maintain the team’s operations manual that documents all systems and standards that are not able to exist within our technology leverage, Brivity Technology.
- Oversee all contracts through closing and listing launch.
- Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
- Develop onboarding and training systems.
- Execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks pertaining to office management and administration, transaction coordination, listing management, event coordination, database oversight and vendor relations.
- Be proficient and proactive about systems development, use of AI, technology, CRM, etc.
- Be a friendly, welcoming presence at the front desk of the Rose Creek office.
- Responsible for general administrative and support duties as required by all team members.
- Responsible for assisting the CEO and Team Leader with administrative support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ operations experience
- 2+ years' of real estate sales or operations experience preferred, not required
- Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
- Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes
- Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
- Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership
- Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones
- Experience with Google Apps for Business

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation
$50,000 - $55,000 USD Yearly
