The Nickle Team, in collaboration with PLACE, is looking for a skilled Buyer Specialist eager to regain control over their schedule. We provide the robust backing of a national industry leader paired with expert local insight into the Long Beach market. This position is more than a typical sales job—it's a partnership designed to help you cultivate a successful business within a business.

Important: This is a commission-only, performance-driven position, ideal for motivated professionals ready to create a fulfilling and lucrative career.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$65,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
