Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Cultivating relationships and generating new leads
- Gaining a deep understanding of your buyers’ objectives and financial parameters
- Guiding clients to find their ideal home with tailored advice and expert knowledge

Responsibilities
- Dedicate 15 hours per week to lead generation activities
- Host four open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in script practice sessions and other team-oriented activities
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
- Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
- Maintain records of activities and client interactions
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
