Responsibilities

  • Work with buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions
  • Generate and follow up on leads (we help with lead generation too)
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis
  • Guide clients through the buying/selling process with professionalism and care
  • Stay current on market trends, property values, and local inventory
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and stay organized
  • Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license
  • Some real-world experience (even if limited)
  • Full-time availability and hunger to produce
  • Willingness to follow a proven process

Compensation

$65,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
