The Buyer’s Agent at The Grand Junction Group is responsible for guiding clients through the home buying process from start to finish. This role involves understanding clients’ needs, providing expert market knowledge, identifying suitable properties, coordinating showings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth transaction. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional service while building long-term client relationships in the Grand Junction area.
Responsibilities
- Work with buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactions
- Generate and follow up on leads (we help with lead generation too)
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis
- Guide clients through the buying/selling process with professionalism and care
- Stay current on market trends, property values, and local inventory
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and stay organized
- Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Active real estate license
- Some real-world experience (even if limited)
- Full-time availability and hunger to produce
- Willingness to follow a proven process
Compensation
$65,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
