As a Buyer’s Agent with Story Home Group in Denver, CO, you’ll join the top 20% of real estate professionals across North America- unlocking uncapped commission, robust lead flow, and an entrepreneurial platform built for growth. In this role, you’ll leverage our high-quality buyer leads, advanced PLACE technology, and world-class coaching to guide clients from initial consultation through closing. Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Prospecting: Follow up on warm buyer leads delivered weekly; conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to build your buyer pipeline
- Client Consultations: Meet buyers to understand their needs, budget, and timeline; deliver tailored Home Buyer Consultations and market overviews
- Property Search & Tours: Curate listings, schedule and host property tours (in-person and virtual), and provide expert insights on neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Offer Preparation & Negotiation: Prepare competitive offers, present proposals, and negotiate terms on behalf of buyers to secure the best possible deal
- Transaction Management: Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and financing milestones; collaborate with lenders, title companies, and closing agents to ensure a seamless process
- PLACE Technology Utilization: Log all client interactions, tasks, and appointments in our CRM; leverage data-driven insights and automated workflows for maximum efficiency
- Ongoing Training & Coaching: Participate in daily live coaching, weekly team trainings, script practice sessions, and one-on-one mentoring to continuously refine your skills
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Active Colorado Real Estate License, or ability to obtain one before your start date
- Open to both newly licensed agents and experienced Buyer’s Agents seeking growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- you excel at building trust and advocating for your clients
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and transaction milestones simultaneously
- Coachability and growth mindset- eager to follow proven scripts, models, and best practices to achieve top-tier results
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM software, virtual tour platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of- or willingness to learn- the Denver Metro housing market, including emerging neighborhoods and pricing trends
Compensation
$85,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
