The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is looking for a driven and client-oriented Buyers Agent to become a key member of our expanding team. In this role, you will support clients throughout the entire home-buying journey — starting with the initial consultation, guiding them through property searches, handling negotiations, and managing the closing process — all while delivering a tailored and outstanding experience.

Collaborate closely with our seasoned team, utilizing our established systems, strong brand reputation, and quality leads to grow your business and reach your professional objectives. This position offers a fantastic chance to develop a thriving real estate career within a dynamic and encouraging team setting.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct a minimum of two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
