The Amanda Ponce Real Estate Team is seeking a motivated and client-focused Buyers Agent to join our growing team. As a Buyers Agent, you’ll guide clients through every step of the home-buying process — from consultation and property search to negotiation and closing — while providing an exceptional, personalized experience.

You’ll work closely with our experienced team, leveraging our proven systems, strong brand presence, and high-quality leads to grow your business and achieve your goals. This is an excellent opportunity to build a successful real estate career within a supportive, high-performing team environment.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct a minimum of two open houses weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
