Compensation is commission-only: estimated annual earnings $75,000-$125,000, with an agent split of 50/50 to 70/30 of GCI based on closed transactions. Represent buyers throughout Shoreline and Northgate, build relationships, conduct consultations and property tours, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and coordinate transactions through closing. Collaborate with the KW Bothell team, use buyer-side support, follow up on team leads where available, and participate in training and mentorship. This is a commission-only role; compensation is based on closed transactions.

Active Washington real estate license or ability to obtain one. Buyer-focused mindset, strong communication, negotiation, organization, and client service skills. Comfortable working locally with the team from 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy, Bothell, WA 98021. Not a remote or partially remote role.
