We’re gearing up to launch Zillow Flex, operate from a cutting-edge office environment, and have cultivated one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area, engaging over 10 million people monthly across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• 🗂 Handling administrative duties to support agents and ensure smooth transaction progress
• 📅 Coordinating showings, appointments, and managing listing schedules
• 🏡 Managing MLS listings, property marketing efforts, and transaction documentation
• 📞 Facilitating clear communication among clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Assisting with marketing initiatives and bolstering our digital presence

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
