• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
• Guide clients through the property purchasing process, offering knowledgeable support and recommendations
• Host property tours and open houses, effectively showcasing each property's unique features to interested buyers
• Represent clients in negotiations, securing advantageous terms and agreements on their behalf
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, industry professionals, and key contacts to grow the company’s network and opportunities
• Handle and organize all transaction-related paperwork, ensuring precision and adherence to legal standards
• Master and apply all required technology platforms in accordance with team protocols
• Participate consistently in weekly one-on-one coaching, team meetings, training sessions, and Partner Calls

• Current Pennsylvania Real Estate License required.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
