This Role Is Local By Design
This is an in-person, hands-on role for agents who live in or near Statesville and want to build their career in this market. You will be working alongside our lead agents in the field, meeting clients face to face, and learning the local neighborhoods, pricing, and relationships that make this market unique. If you are not already living in or close to the Statesville area, this role will not be a fit, since being present in our local market every week is core to how we train and grow our agents.
About This Role
This hybrid position is designed for motivated, licensed agents who are ready to build a real estate career that is both successful and deeply fulfilling, right here in the community they live in.
You will have the opportunity to serve as a Showing Agent while learning what it truly means to be a real estate agent. You will work alongside our lead agents, gaining hands-on experience with the local market and real client interactions, all while simultaneously building your own buyer and seller clientele as a full Agent.
With our well-established systems, expert coaching, and structured accountability in place, you will have everything you need to fast-track your professional growth and design a career path that is truly your own, in the market you already call home.
Whether you are newly licensed or bring prior sales experience to the table, this role is built to meet you exactly where you are and support every step of your journey forward, as long as that journey starts here in Statesville.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Showing Agent Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings with buyers on behalf of lead agents
- Deliver detailed written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
- Communicate professionally with clients throughout the showing process
- Follow up with buyers after showings to capture feedback and next steps
Agent Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and close your own buyer and seller leads
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation through closing
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate transactions to close
- Build and maintain a personal database of clients and referral partners
Your Growth Commitments:
- Complete our New Agent Launch program to build skills and confidence
- Participate in weekly script practice and team training per team standards
- Attend weekly Partner Calls
- Log all tasks, client activity, and pipeline updates in our team CRM
- Engage in team meetings and activities according to GHT standards

- You hold an active NC Real Estate License (required to apply)

- High school diploma required
WHAT THE PATH LOOKS LIKE
Month 1 - 3: Complete New Agent Launch, begin showing appointments, build your database, learn team systems and scripts.
Month 3 - 6: Start converting your own buyer and seller leads alongside showing support duties. Develop consistent weekly prospecting habits.
Month 6+: Grow into a fully independent agent on the team with access to leads, leverage, and long-term wealth-building tools.
Compensation
$75,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
