• Oversee all front desk operations, including answering phone lines
• Greet guests and associates warmly at the front desk, serving as the face of the office.
• Assist in agent recruitment and retention efforts, collaborating closely with the Team Leader and Market Center Administrator.
• Maintain office supplies and appearance to ensure a professional environment.
• Provide support to agents with their office needs and tasks, including onboarding and retention processes.
• Support agents in adapting to Keller Williams systems and tools, demonstrating a deep desire to help others succeed.
• Approach tasks with a "whatever-it-takes" attitude to ensure success in the role.
