Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch!
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities using PLACE technologies
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the real estate buying or selling process.
  • Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to effectively market and promote properties, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
  • Assist clients with negotiations, offers, and counteroffers, representing their best interests throughout the transaction process.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Embrace our culture of collaboration and support by actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and contributing to the collective success of the team.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
