Responsibilities
- Respond to and convert inbound Zillow Flex leads into loyal clients through timely follow-up and expert consultations.
- Attend buyer consultations (both virtual and in-person) scheduled by our ISA teamāno cold calling required.
- Show homes, write offers, and negotiate contracts to successfully guide clients through the buying process.
- Utilize team-provided systems, scripts, and tools to streamline client communications and stay organized.
- Participate in weekly coaching and accountability sessions with team leadership to sharpen skills and stay focused on goals.
- Maintain high-level client service with clear communication, honesty, and consistent follow-through.
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure a seamless transaction experience for every client.
- Adapt quickly to changes in the market and lean into proven strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
- Full-time availability (no part-time or dual-career agents)
- Minimum 6 monthsā1 year of real estate experience preferred, but motivated newer agents with strong sales backgrounds are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Coachability and accountability mindsetāwillingness to follow proven systems and accept constructive feedback
- Strong work ethic with the drive to close 2ā3+ deals per month
- Reliable transportation and ability to attend in-person showings and meetings across Winchester and the Shenandoah Valley
- Tech-savvy and organized, with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Brivity, or similar platforms is a plus)
- Positive attitude and hunger to grow in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment
Compensation
$110,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
