Access to Expireds and FSBOs Leads through our ownership of Landvoice

We provide a curated list of leads in our database looking to buy any listing in the MLS so that you can call and offer to show them that property.

We receive 5-10 agent referral leads each year from agents across the US

Chatel Group receives leads through Effective Agents and OJO for which we pay a 35% referral fee which will lower your compensation.

In addition, we use sign text lead capture to increase the number of leads generated by each of our listings.
