Responsibilities
- Respond to Zillow buyer leads promptly and professionally | Speed-to-lead is everything in this role. The agents who convert are the ones who make contact first and make a strong first impression.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospective buyers | Understanding a buyer's timeline, budget, and priorities isn't just good service, it's how you match the right home to the right person and avoid wasted time for everyone.
- Schedule and lead property showings |Each showing is an opportunity to demonstrate your market knowledge, build trust, and move the buyer closer to a decision.
- Guide clients through the offer and negotiation process | This is where your expertise earns its keep. Buyers need a confident advocate who can craft competitive offers and negotiate on their behalf in a fast-moving market.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active clients | Most conversions don't happen on the first call. Organized, persistent follow-up is what separates high-performing agents from ones who let opportunities slip.
- Stay current on Albuquerque market trends, inventory, and pricing | Your clients are counting on you to be the expert in the room. Local knowledge builds credibility and helps buyers make confident decisions.
- Log all activity and client communication in the CRM | Accurate records keep your pipeline organized, and help the team support you better when it counts.
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico real estate license | This is a non-negotiable. You must be licensed and in good standing to work with our Zillow buyer leads.
- Proven sales experience | Real estate background is a plus, but not required. We care more about your ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close, regardless of the industry you came from.
- CRM experience preferred | Familiarity with CRM platforms helps you hit the ground running. If you haven't used one before, a willingness to learn quickly is a must.
- High availability and responsiveness | Buyer leads don't follow a 9-to-5 schedule and neither do we. This role requires you to be reachable and responsive around the clock. evenings, weekends, and holidays included.
- Strong communication skills | You'll be the first voice a buyer hears and the last signature they trust. Clear, confident, and professional communication is essential at every stage.
- Self-motivated and results-driven | We provide the leads and the tools and you bring the drive. The ability to manage your own pipeline and hold yourself accountable is what separates top performers here.
Compensation
$65,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
