• Give expert buyer consultations and guide clients through the Reston / Northern Virginia market.
• Host showings, write offers, negotiate, and close deals with full back-office support.

🎯 Qualifications

• Active Virginia real estate license (Northern Virginia permit preferred)
• Zillow Flex or high-volume lead-conversion experience preferred
• Comfortable with CRMs (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus)
• Proven track record of working with buyers and closing deals
• High responsiveness, full-time commitment
• Growth mindset, coachable, team-oriented

📍 Location: Reston, VA / Northern Virginia / D.C. Metro
💰 Pay: $85,000 – $250,000+ per year (100% commission-based with bonuses)
