• Generate business through working your sphere and past clients, hosting open houses, calling, door-knocking, networking, and more.
• Build your business through sustainable tools that buy back your time and create consistent results

We’re looking for an experienced, growth-minded real estate professional who brings both skill and integrity to the table.
You’re a fit if you have:

• An active Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License (or ability to obtain quickly).
• Ability and willingness to work in-office at our brokerage near Bridgeport Village
• 1+ years of full-time experience in residential real estate sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
• A growth mindset and openness to learning new systems, scripts, and strategies.
• High personal standards, accountability, and follow-through.
• Comfort with technology and using a digital calendar (Google suite)
• A desire to be part of something bigger — a team that’s collaborative, intentional, and committed to excellence.
